How long does a typical re-roof take?+
A standard 3-bed semi re-roof is 5–8 working days including scaffolding, strip, felt, batten, tile and clean-down.
Do you fit EPDM rubber and GRP flat roofs?+
Yes — both. EPDM is our go-to for garages and dormers; GRP is used where a rigid, foot-traffic surface is needed.
Can you replace fascias, soffits and guttering at the same time?+
Yes, and it's often cheaper to do these while the scaffolding is up for the re-roof. UPVC in white, black, grey or oak-effect.
Do you offer roof insurance report support?+
Yes — we produce written condition reports with photos for insurance claims and homebuyer follow-ups.
