MHC Construction was founded in 2015 on Portland Street in Lincoln by a small team of local tradespeople who'd worked together on other people's sites for years and wanted to build something better — one team, one number, real accountability.

Ten years on we've worked on more than 1,500+ properties in and around Lincoln, from single-bathroom refurbishments to multi-property HMO portfolios for Lincoln's largest student housing providers.

Today we employ joiners, plumbers, Gas Safe heating engineers, electricians, bricklayers, plasterers and decorators — all on the books, working from a single Lincoln base. That means quality, scheduling and accountability stay with us, not somewhere down a sub-contracting chain.
