How long does a boiler installation take?+
A like-for-like combi swap is usually a single day. Conversions or relocations take 2 days.
Do you offer warranties?+
Yes. Up to 12-year manufacturer warranties on premium boilers, plus our 1-year workmanship warranty.
Will I need a power flush?+
We'll inspect existing radiators and pipework on survey. A chemical or full power flush is recommended on most pre-2010 systems.
Can you fit a smart thermostat like Hive or Nest?+
Yes — Hive, Nest, tado° and Honeywell all supported. Included free with premium boiler installs.
Should I switch from a conventional boiler to a combi?+
For most 1–3 bathroom homes, yes. For larger homes or high simultaneous demand we may recommend a system boiler with unvented cylinder instead — we advise on survey.
Do you service boilers annually?+
Yes — annual services from £85. Landlord Gas Safety Records (CP12) are quoted separately or bundled with the service.
Do you handle boiler breakdowns?+
Yes. Same or next-day attendance for account clients. First hour includes diagnosis; repair quotes are given before we proceed.
