A straight swap typically takes 5–10 working days. Re-configurations involving moving services run 2–3 weeks.
Can you supply the kitchen too?+
Yes. We supply and fit, or fit kitchens supplied by you (Howdens, Wickes, B&Q, Magnet, DIY Kitchens and bespoke).
Do you handle gas hob and oven installs?+
Yes — we're Gas Safe registered so all gas appliance work is covered in-house.
Do you work for landlords on rental properties?+
Routinely. We specify hard-wearing, low-maintenance units and finishes suited to HMO and family rental properties.
Will I be without a kitchen the whole time?+
The sink and cooker are usually out for 5–10 days. We can set up a temporary kettle/microwave station and reconnect the fridge in an adjacent room.
Can you move the sink, cooker or island position?+
Yes. Moving services is normal on renovations — we handle the drainage, gas and electrical alterations in-house so there's no waiting on external trades.
Do you fit quartz, granite or solid-surface worktops?+
Yes. We template after cabinets are installed and fit worktops in quartz, granite, laminate, solid wood or Corian depending on your spec.
Do you remove and dispose of the old kitchen?+
Yes — strip-out, skip hire and disposal are all included. If the old kitchen is reusable, we'll help you list it or donate it locally.
